Welcome to Fitness Four. This website is operated by The Statement Group Corporation, 7901 4th St N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and us that applies whenever you use the site. By reading, browsing, commenting, or subscribing, you accept them. If you don’t agree with something here, the remedy is simple: please don’t use the site.
Who the site is for
Fitness Four is written for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to submit a comment, subscribe to the newsletter, or otherwise provide us information. The content itself is aimed at women over 50, but anyone is welcome to read it.
Our content is information, not advice
Every article, recipe, workout description, and product mention on this site is general information published for educational purposes. It isn’t medical, nutritional, fitness, or professional advice, and it isn’t tailored to your body, your health history, or your medications. Our Disclaimer covers this in detail, including exercise risk and supplement information, and it’s part of these terms.
What you may do with our content
You may read the site, print articles and recipe cards for your own kitchen or gym bag, save pins to your Pinterest boards, and share links to our pages anywhere you like. That covers personal, non-commercial use, and it’s all we ask you to stay within.
You may not republish our articles or photos on another website or social account, sell or license our content, scrape the site to train software or build datasets, or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse something. If you want permission for a use that isn’t listed here, write to us; we’re reasonable.
Our intellectual property
The text, photographs, graphics, recipes as written, logo, and the selection and arrangement of everything on this site are owned by or licensed to The Statement Group Corporation and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. A recipe’s bare list of ingredients isn’t copyrightable, but our directions, descriptions, and photos are, and copying them wholesale is infringement.
Comments
We love comments and read them. By posting one, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, edit, and quote it in connection with the site. You keep ownership of what you wrote, you’re responsible for it, and you confirm it doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights or any law.
We moderate at our discretion and may edit or remove comments that are spam, abusive, off-topic, medically dangerous, or promotional, and we may block repeat offenders. We don’t promise to publish, keep, or restore any comment.

Newsletter
Subscribing is free and every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. We may change the newsletter’s frequency or content, or discontinue it, at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how subscriber emails are handled.
Third-party links, products, and affiliate relationships
Articles link to outside websites, and we mention products we think are worth knowing about. We don’t control third-party sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, prices, or practices. Anything you buy from a third party is a transaction between you and that seller, on that seller’s terms.
Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never decide what we write or recommend. The affiliate section of our Disclaimer has the full disclosure.
Copyright complaints
We respect other creators’ work and expect the same for ours. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address below that includes: your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the material you believe infringes it, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you’re the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We’ll review complete notices promptly and remove infringing material.
No warranties
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Statement Group Corporation and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the site or its content, even if we’ve been told such damages are possible. Our total combined liability for all claims relating to the site is capped at one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Statement Group Corporation and its personnel from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise out of your use of the site, your comments or submissions, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and both sides consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
Housekeeping
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. Changes take effect when posted here, and the date at the top will always tell you when the last update happened. Using the site after a change means the current version applies.
